Resilience Practitioner Training for Doctors
We are excited to announce the delivery of our web based resilience practitioner training programme specifically for medical doctors, in partnership with Webinars for GPs. This partnership has come from our mutual desire to provide training and resources to help colleagues in the increasingly stressful environment many doctors work in.
You can sign up for a special report ‘9 Tips for Improving Resilience for Doctors’ PDF download via the link below. You will then receive further information about the resilience course, which begins 22nd October.
About the Course
The course consists of 8 live webinar sessions (which are all recorded, so it is easy to catch up if you miss any), plus access to a membership site where webinar recordings, work sheets, study guides, downloadable audio recordings and further video resources will be held. The membership site will also host a private discussion forum where the active community of course members can post comments and ask any questions (this will be moderated).
There will be 7 weekly live webinars at 8-9pm (UK time) on Monday evenings from 22nd October 2018, followed by a break for home practice then a final follow up session on Monday 7th January, 2019.
The course is accredited for 16 CPD credits by the CPD Standards office (certificate issued subject to submitting a completed wellbeing assessment scale (WEMWBS) before the course starts and after the final session). Colleagues also need to have viewed a minimum of 80% of the course online content to receive their certificate of course completion.
The course fee is £247.
If you’d like to find out more about our approach before booking, you can watch the recording of our free webinar from 2nd Oct 2018, with Dr Chris Johnstone introducing some of the resilience skills covered in the full course.
